SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business day. Buyers will receive an order fulfillment notice followed by a tracking number as soon as the package is shipped. Once the package has been collected, parcele become property of the courier. Volay Studio is not legally responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Volay Studio is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt. Refusal of packages does not result in a refund as the package will be considered abandoned by the courier. The original shipping charge, as well as the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from the original purchase amount. Return shipping rates from refused packages reach an upwards of $300 which Volay Studio does not cover.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
